All Trueline products are covered by a lifetime warranty. Warranty and service requests are handled on a case-by-case basis so we can understand the issue and provide a fair, reasonable solution.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product, including functional or structural issues that affect safe or intended use. Normal wear from regular use is expected and is not considered a defect.

We believe in the right to repair. Disassembling your knife for cleaning or tuning is permitted and encouraged, though complete disassembly should not be required often. If you have any questions about disassembly, please reach out to us before taking apart your knife.

We offer lifetime service on our products for as long as the product is authentic and replacement parts are available. Repairs, labor, parts, and shipping arrangements are handled case by case, and parts availability may affect available options. If a specific part is no longer available, we will work with you to determine a reasonable path forward.

Damage resulting from clear misuse or abuse is not covered. Do not pry, twist, strike, throw, clamp, or use the knife as a tool other than a cutting instrument. We reserve the right to decline warranty service in these cases, though each claim is evaluated on its own merits.
